Best wishes Rams, for a great spring season. You have the opportunity to train and grow under the leadership of one of the most dedicated coaches not just in South Jersey, but anywhere in the track and cross country communities. Coach Heath is a coach in the tradition of his mentor Browning Ross, which means YOU represent the next generation --following in the footsteps of greatness.

Unlike many other sports, running can become a lifetime activity with numerous health and social benefits. For example, I had the opportunity to see New York the way a tourist never could, touring all five boroughs in under four hours in the New York City Marathon. I have met friends through running and racing that I will have for the rest of my life. I'm proud to count Coach Heath among them.

Train hard this year but don't forget the fun aspects of the sport. There are no limits to what you can accomplish!

GO RAMS!

I'm glad the team is doing well. GCHS XC and track alumni need to step up and make donations to the team. After running for GCHS and then in college, I went onto coaching high school XC and track and then college. Every donation, no matter how big or mall, definitely helps.

The lessons I learned from Jack and Browning still stick with me today. They taught us much, much more than how to run. My teammates and I are better people for having them as coaches.

Those were some of the best times of my life. Remember them like it was yesterday. And I'm very appreciative and thankful.

Those Callinan boys never were the sharpest dressers back in the day!
